How to File a Claim

Take Photos Immediately

Photograph the affected animals or plants inside the unopened, sealed bag or packaging. 2–3 clear photos are required. Do not open the bag first.

Contact Us Within 4 Hours

Email the photos to info@razzaquatics.com or use our live chat within 4 hours of the first delivery attempt. Claims submitted after this window cannot be honored.

We Review & Resolve

We'll review your photos and respond promptly. If confirmed, we'll send a free replacement shipment or issue a full refund for the affected items.

Important: Claims require photos of items in their original sealed bags/packaging. We cannot process claims without arrival photos.

Shrimp

We send extra shrimp in every order. If you receive DOA shrimp beyond the extras included, we'll refund those. Extras themselves are not covered but are there as a buffer.

Snails

Snails often arrive tucked in their shells β€” this is normal stress behavior. A dead snail will have its body dangling out of the shell. If yours do, photograph and contact us immediately.

Plants

DOA plants are rare but possible during extreme carrier delays. If your plants arrive melted or dead, follow the same photo process within 4 hours.

Same process applies. Photo inside sealed bag within 4 hours. Carrier delays that cause DOA are covered β€” we always have your back.
