Live Arrival Guarantee
At Razz Aquatics, we guarantee your livestock will arrive alive and in healthy condition.
If any livestock arrives DOA (Dead on Arrival), please follow these steps:
- Take clear photos of the unopened bag within 2 hours of delivery.
- Email photos to: info@razzaquatics.com
- Include your order number.
Approved claims will receive:
- Store Credit (preferred option), OR
- replacement livestock (buyer pays shipping), OR
- Refund for livestock only (shipping not included)
