PROCESSING TIMES
All orders are processed within 1-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after the order is received.
Our shipping days for livestock are Monday & Tuesday - orders placed after 6 a.m. (CST) Tuesday will be shipped the following week. This is done to prevent any animals from getting stuck at the carrier facility over the weekend.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update on the carrier's system.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Guarantee is voided if the address you provide is incorrect. Please always confirm your address before placing an order. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the live stock is being sent to the correct address.
HOW WE SHIP
SHRIMP
All shrimp are packed in heat sealed bags. They are packed with enough water and oxygen to be comfortable for up to 12-14 days. They are all packed with something for them to hold on to in the bag to reduce stress. Every bag is packed with Seachem Purigen to help keep the water clean and reduce organic buildup. (little white beads) All orders are packed in insulated boxes to prevent damage during shipping.
SNAILS
All snails are packed in heat sealed plastic bags. They are packed with enough water and oxygen to be comfortable for up to 2 weeks. All orders are packed in insulated boxes to prevent damage during shipping.
PLANTS
All plants are packed in heat sealed durable plastic bags to maintain moisture. They are packed in durable boxes to prevent them from getting crushed during shipping.
