Carrier Delays
What Happens if My Package Is Delayed?
Once your order leaves our facility, transit is handled entirely by the carrier. Occasional delays due to weather, high shipping volume, or carrier service disruptions are outside our control.
Carrier delays are outside our control once your package leaves our facility.
Shipping timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed delivery windows. If your order arrives alive and healthy despite a delay, the order is considered fulfilled — we are not able to offer compensation for late delivery caused by the carrier.
If your order arrives dead or non-viable as a result of a carrier delay, our Live Arrival Guarantee still applies. Photograph your animals or plants in the original unopened sealed bag and submit a claim on the day of delivery or the following morning.
