Hand-Inspected

Every shrimp is carefully selected and inspected multiple times before shipping. You’re getting our best.

Pale Color is Normal

Shrimp often arrive looking lighter due to shipping stress. Full color returns within 1–3 days once they settle into your tank.

Extras Included

We send extra shrimp in every order as a buffer. Extras are not covered by the guarantee but are there to offset any transit stress.

Drip Acclimation (Recommended)

Empty the bag into a container

Pour the entire bag contents β€” water and shrimp β€” into a separate bowl or bucket.

Set up drip line

Run airline tubing from your aquarium to the container. Tie a loose knot or use a valve to reduce flow to 2–3 drops per second.

Drip for 1–3 hours

Let the aquarium water slowly mix with the bag water. Keep an eye on the container so it doesn’t overflow.

Net the shrimp into your tank

Scoop shrimp out with a net and add them to your aquarium. Do not pour the bag water into your tank.

Tucked In = Alive

Snails retreat into their shells when stressed β€” it’s their defense mechanism. Give them 48 hours in your tank to open up and start exploring.

Dangling Body = DOA

A dead snail has its body hanging out of the shell. Take photos immediately and contact us within 4 hours.

Murky Water is Normal

Snails produce a lot of waste in transit. Don’t add the bag water to your aquarium.

Acclimation: Float the unopened bag in your aquarium for 15–20 minutes to equalize temperature, then add snails directly to the tank. Do not leave snails in an unfiltered container for extended periods.

All plants are 100% ready to go. We recommend sterilizing before adding them to your aquarium to prevent introducing pests.

Dry goods can be returned within 14 days. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging. Customer pays return shipping.
