Every shrimp is carefully selected and inspected multiple times before shipping. Youβre getting our best.
Shrimp often arrive looking lighter due to shipping stress. Full color returns within 1β3 days once they settle into your tank.
We send extra shrimp in every order as a buffer. Extras are not covered by the guarantee but are there to offset any transit stress.
Pour the entire bag contents β water and shrimp β into a separate bowl or bucket.
Run airline tubing from your aquarium to the container. Tie a loose knot or use a valve to reduce flow to 2β3 drops per second.
Let the aquarium water slowly mix with the bag water. Keep an eye on the container so it doesnβt overflow.
Scoop shrimp out with a net and add them to your aquarium. Do not pour the bag water into your tank.
Snails retreat into their shells when stressed β itβs their defense mechanism. Give them 48 hours in your tank to open up and start exploring.
A dead snail has its body hanging out of the shell. Take photos immediately and contact us within 4 hours.
Snails produce a lot of waste in transit. Donβt add the bag water to your aquarium.
All plants are 100% ready to go. We recommend sterilizing before adding them to your aquarium to prevent introducing pests.
If plants arrive melted or dead, take 2β3 photos inside the sealed bag and contact us within 4 hours. Weβll replace or refund.
Photo of the package and product within 4 hours of delivery. Weβll review and send a replacement or refund.
Dry goods can be returned within 14 days. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging. Customer pays return shipping.
