Why do fish require Overnight shipping?
Fish are more sensitive to oxygen depletion and temperature swings during transit than plants or dry goods. Overnight shipping keeps transit time short and gives fish the best chance of arriving healthy.
Are your fish quarantined before shipping?
Yes. Fish are quarantined for a minimum of two weeks and treated with medication if needed before sale or shipping.
Can freshwater fish live with shrimp?
Some peaceful nano fish can live with adult shrimp, but compatibility depends on the species, tank size, cover, and shrimp size. Shrimplets are more vulnerable. Check each product page before mixing fish with shrimp.
What should I do before my fish arrive?
Have a fully cycled aquarium, stable temperature, dechlorinated water, and appropriate hiding places ready before your order ships. Fish should be acclimated slowly and added to a calm, established tank.
Are fish covered by the Live Arrival Guarantee?
Yes. Photograph any loss in the original sealed bag on the day of delivery and submit a claim through the Start a Claim page. Approved claims are resolved according to the Live Arrival Guarantee policy.
