Make Sure You Have Everything Ready

Having the right information and photos ready before you start will make the process faster for everyone.

Required for all claims
  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of affected item(s) in original packaging
  • Claim submitted on the delivery day, or by the following morning for late deliveries
  • Description of what arrived and how many were affected
Livestock claims (shrimp, snails, fish)

Photos must show affected animals inside the original sealed bag before opening, acclimating, or disposal. Do not open the bag before taking your photos.

Live plant claims

Photos must show the affected plants and the original packaging on the day of delivery. Take photos before any trimming, replanting, or treatment.
