Emerald Dwarf Rasboras, also called Emerald Dwarf Danios, are Danio erythromicron. They are distinct from Green Kubotai Rasboras and show blue-green coloration with dark vertical barring rather than a solid neon-green body.
They do best in a mature planted aquarium with stable, moderately hard to alkaline water and a proper social group.
