I ordered 4 chocolate rabbit snails, and all arrived alive and very active they adjusted to the tank quite well and have made me very happy with my choice of snail!
Navigating the site was easy, as was the purchase process. Shrimp were well packaged and arrived in great shape when expected.
Razz is a outstanding shop. They found a problem with my shipping address contacted me to get it fixed and within 16 hours i had my products. All fish were healthy and happy. I did have 1 d.o.a. shrimp but there were extras in bag so i was happy. Thanks you for the great customer service..
All the shrimp arrived healthy and swimming around. Vibrant red coloring. Had 11 shrimp and two tiny babies. After a week, I only see about 5-6 but there are plenty of plants and leaves for them to be hiding under. I’m sure they are in there somewhere! Thank you combining my shipping on an extra order that I put in a couple days later!! Will look forward to doing business again in the future!

Bought some Strawberry Rasbora’s and Zebra thorn nerite snails and have not been disappointed at all. Especially with the over all process from buying to shipping to receiving and they even help with acclimation by walking you through it via a card that tells you how to acclimate via barney styled break down. You definitely cannot go wrong with Razz’s Aquatics!! Literally 🤌🏻🤌🏻🔥

My most recent purchase has been a group of Pygmy Cory's. They are so lively, cute, and curious! I am really enjoying watching them!
I also purchased a yellow racer nerite snail. I have had a zebra nerite snail before, but I thought it was kind of boring. This yellow racer moves around a lot faster and his stripes are beautiful! I am so happy Razz offers yellow racers because they aren't that easy to find.
One of the many things I appreciate is that Razz quarantines their fish, which reduces my worry about receiving unhealthy new pets to add to my community.

Shrimp delivered were much darker and questionable as Jelly.
24 hour delivery ended up being 48 due to shipping issues in the middle of 80 degree weather and I was prepared to get a box full of DOA fish and shrimp. Thrilled that ALL of the livestock were delivered healthy and as of 3 days later they are all happy and thriving. I place full credit on them for taking the extra steps to help ensure their safe arrival (IYKYK) and I would definitely use them again.
Just tried Razz Aquatics for the first time. Wanted the blue jelly shrimp and the place i always order from doesnt have them. I have always been super picky and only ever ordered from one place. I am glad I gave this a try. Love my blue jelly shrimp! Just ordered some green jelly shrimp and am looking fwd to them arriving. Will definitely try here again in the future.
