Why Buy From Razz Aquatics?

  • Quarantined before shipping — shrimp held roughly a month after import, confirmed eating and molted before any order ships
  • 100+ dedicated aquariums — not a holding facility, every species in its own tank
  • 100% Live Arrival Guarantee — photo on delivery day, resolved with store credit, refund, or replacement
  • Family-owned and operated — real people pack every box and back every order
  • Insulated shipping with heat or cold packs, ships Mon–Thu to all 48 states

Assorted mystery snails sold individually. Colors depend on current store stock. Provide a mature freshwater aquarium, calcium-rich water, a secure lid, and sinking food or vegetables.

Live Arrival Guarantee

Razz Aquatics guarantees the live arrival of all livestock and live plants we ship. If your order arrives with animals or plants that are dead or clearly non-viable, submit a claim on the day of delivery.

Late evening deliveries may be submitted the following morning. Claims must include clear photos of the affected item(s) in their original packaging before opening, acclimating, or disposal.

Approved claims are resolved with store credit, a refund, or a replacement shipment at Razz Aquatics' discretion. Start a claim here →
